Nostalgia and Tenderness

It evokes an antique watch as if it had been handed down from a grandmother or mother. A small, softly rounded case is paired with a mesh band that narrows slightly toward the inside and is fixed directly to the watch. While the sketch was easy to draw, we were told at the time that production was impossible because soldering techniques had declined. Even so, thanks to engineers who pioneered a manufacturing method, mass production became possible. Within the small dial, we based the design on a gently wavering, petal-like pattern, added a railway minute track, and included characterful Art Arabic numerals with crisply pointed tips, so you can feel nostalgia and tenderness down to the details.
